When a headline wants to blame women for a gen*cide caused by male r*pists, you know there’s a patriarch behind it. Normally I agree with the content of this news outlet, and then I saw this. That’s how you know it’s all a scam to misdirect you. They trickle feed you what you want to hear until finally they try to fill your head with lies and misdirection. This is why so many people are thinking and believing the wrong thing.
Women everywhere are heartbroken and defeated about the impact of war (and social media shadow bans content about it). That’s a big reason why I was motivated to begin feminist a advocacy at all. But the problem is men and the men they put into power by dominating and silencing the compassion and wisdom of women. The problem is not white women, it’s the trauma they’ve endured at the hands of men that keep them dysfunctional and oppressed.
Our work as feminists is much deeper and more enduring than a pointless march in the streets. We need boots on the ground, right in your very community, waking women up to their own oppression so that they stop consenting to the male privilege economy that sends all the money and power to the alpha male and his weapons of war.
Women have no power over their own lives, how can we have power over the atrocities across the globe?! Tell your mother, tell your sister, tell your daughter “IT’S NOT YOUR FAULT.” And then go no contact with every abusive man who’s ever called you crazy or tried to control you. That’s the change we need to see.
